Areas of Support

Anxiety & Stress
Care for the racing thoughts, tight chest, and constant worry that anxiety brings — with evaluation, evidence-based treatment, and ongoing follow-up to help you find steadier ground.

Depression & Mood Disorders
Depression and mood disorders can cause ongoing changes in mood, energy, motivation, sleep, concentration, and emotional wellbeing that begin to interfere with daily life. Symptoms may include persistent sadness, irritability, emotional numbness, loss of interest in activities, overwhelm, or noticeable shifts in mood and functioning.

ADHD
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects attention, focus, impulse control, and executive functioning, making it harder to stay organized, complete tasks, or manage time consistently. Symptoms may include distractibility, forgetfulness, restlessness, difficulty following through, or feeling mentally “scattered,” and they can impact school, work, and daily responsibilities.

Sleep Difficulties
Sleep disturbances involve ongoing difficulties with falling asleep, staying asleep, waking too early, or getting restful, restorative sleep. They can contribute to fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, mood changes, and reduced overall functioning during the day.

Trauma & PTSD
Trauma and PTSD can develop after experiencing or witnessing distressing events and may affect how the brain processes safety, stress, and memories. Symptoms can include intrusive thoughts or flashbacks, nightmares, heightened anxiety, emotional numbness, avoidance of reminders, irritability, or feeling constantly on edge.

Bipolar
Bipolar disorder is a mood condition characterized by shifts between periods of depression and periods of elevated mood, which may include increased energy, reduced need for sleep, racing thoughts, impulsivity, or irritability. These mood changes can vary in intensity and significantly affect daily functioning, relationships, and decision-making.

Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a mental health condition that can affect how a person thinks, perceives reality, and interprets thoughts and experiences. Symptoms may include hallucinations, delusions, disorganized thinking or speech, changes in behavior, and difficulty with motivation or functioning in daily life.

Women’s Mental Health
Women’s mental health includes emotional and psychological changes that can be influenced by hormonal shifts, life transitions, and unique stressors across the lifespan. This may involve mood changes related to the menstrual cycle, pregnancy and postpartum period, perimenopause/menopause, as well as anxiety, depression, or stress related to caregiving, identity, and life roles.

Life Transitions
Life transitions can bring emotional stress and uncertainty as you adjust to significant changes such as career shifts, relationship changes, loss, relocation, or new responsibilities. These periods may be accompanied by anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, difficulty coping, or feeling “stuck” while trying to adapt to a new normal.

OCD
OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) involves unwanted, intrusive thoughts, images, or urges (obsessions) that can create significant anxiety, along with repetitive behaviors or mental rituals (compulsions) done to reduce that distress. These patterns can become time-consuming and interfere with daily functioning, even when the person recognizes they are not fully rational.

Addictions
Addiction involves a pattern of compulsive use of substances or behaviors despite negative consequences, often affecting mood, relationships, health, and daily functioning. It can include cravings, difficulty controlling use, tolerance, withdrawal symptoms, and continued use even when it causes harm

Psychiatric Care
Psychiatric care involves the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions that affect mood, thinking, behavior, and overall functioning. It may include medication management, education, and ongoing follow-up to support symptom improvement and long-term mental wellness.
